Job Description:
Leaders Tax Consultant is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of tax consulting services, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new sales opportunities, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and target potential clients in need of tax consulting services, including corporate tax, VAT consultancy, excise tax, and more.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored tax solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing the value of Leaders Tax Consultant’s services.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to effectively position Leaders Tax Consultant in the market.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client interactions, sales progress, and pipeline status, and provide regular reports to the management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in tax consultancy, financial services, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to understand complex tax and financial concepts and present them in a simple, clear manner.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
